Cliste Team welcomes David Jordan as Director of Strategy, Research & Innovation
We are delighted to announce the appointment of David Jordan as Director of Strategy, Research & Innovation at Cliste Hospitality.
David started his career in hospitality as Food & Beverage Manager in Brooks Hotel, Dublin and Deputy Manager at The Morrison Hotel, Dublin. David left hospitality and set up his own business in 2011 creating the Aunty Nellie Sweet Shop brand. David set up 16 sweet shops throughout Ireland and undertook acquisitions of other confectionery businesses. The business was purchased by Hobart Enterprises Group and David served as Managing Director. He oversaw the setup of a manufacturing facility and developed more than 30 products for the FMCG sector. David went on to set up his own consultancy business advising businesses on their strategies. David has a Master’s in Business from MTU, as well as a BA in Hospitality Management.
Directors of Cliste Hospitality, Paul Fitzgerald & Sean O’Driscoll are delighted to welcome David to the Cliste Hospitality’s senior leadership team. David will be responsible for group strategy implementation and our research and innovation programmes. Cliste Hospitality currently manages 13 hotels in Ireland on behalf of its clients and employs over 1500 people.
