Announcement – Group Learning & Development Manager

Cliste Team welcomes Trevor McCarthy our Group Learning and Development Manager

As part of our continued growth in the hospitality market, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Trevor McCarthy to the position of Group Learning & Development Manager at Cliste Hospitality.

Trevor joins us from the O’ Donoghue Ring Collection and before that, Trevor has held positions as Programme Leader and Lecturer in both Shannon College of Hotel Management and Limerick Institute of Technology. 

In this role, Trevor will create, design, and implement effective L&D programs and methods to ensure capability in our businesses through the means of our Learn, Evolve, Thrive ethos.

Commenting on the announcement, Trevor said, “I am really looking forward to my new role as Group Learning & Development Manager, and the challenges and rewards it will bring. Cliste are a dynamic team with ambitious plans, and I am keen to contribute to its development and success.”
